AB 130 was written without consideration of students with IEPS and 504 Plans.  The two choices given to parents are in-person instruction in the placement Identified in the IEP OR Independent Study as changed by AB 130.  Neither choice may meet your child’s needs.  If that is the case, you need an alternative.
